[edit] Poets etc

I made some changes for sake of avoiding stating opinions without sources. A couple of bits of info still needed:

  1. I removed mention of "three notable poets", because it wasn't supported by saying who they all were, but have kept the mention of John Ceiriog Hughes. Who are the other two? If you know, then please add the names to the article.
  2. Who described the valley as "Little Switzerland"? Currently retained but tagged as "citation needed".

Thanks. Arbitrary username 10:58, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

The other poets are Huw Morus and Robert Elis (Cynddelw), who I have added to the article 160.5.243.203 13:56, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vyrnwy

As far as I know, although a resevoir was built at Vyrnwy, this was not instead of the proposed Upper Ceiriog Valley Resevoir, and was a totally separate venture. If anyone knows that Vyrnwy was built instead of the Upper Ceiriog Valley Resevoir, then please add a citation. Otherwise, I believe that the reference to Vyrnwy should be deleted as it is not relevant to an article about the Ceiriog Valley. Ceiriog (talk) 23:33, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
