Ceiba speciosa, formerly Chorisia speciosa (in English floss silk tree; in Spanish palo borracho). These specimens are planted at the National Flag Memorial Park in Rosario, Argentina. The picture was taken at the end of the Southern Hemisphere summer.

I, Pablo D. Flores, took this picture on 28 February 2006.
