Announced in 2006, the Cebu Philippines Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is under construction. Located in Lehug in Cebu City, it will be the second LDS temple in the Philippines.

The plans to build a temple in Cebu City were announced by the LDS Church to local church leaders on 2006-04-18.[1] Ground was broken and the site was dedicated on 2007-11-14 by Dallin H. Oaks, a member of the church's Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.[2]

The temple is being built on an 11-acre site that it will share with a church meetinghouse, residences for the temple president and mission president, and a mission office.[3]
