I am writing to you, from my associated webpage email, in regards to the copyright ownership of http://www.sa.niu.edu/hapkido/CDMSW.html which is a portion of my own website at NIU (Northern Illinois University). I am not in any violation and am in complete agreement with the standards of the GFDL. I used portions of my own website to create the article for the Wikipedia entry Chung Do Mu Sool Won 정도무술원 / 正道武術院, I am the owner and creator of this material which is part of the larger website http://www.sa.niu.edu/hapkido/niupage.htm which has several internal links and two external links, to which I am the owner and creator. I have issued the use of this material to Paul Holder who original formatted my website, and to Miko Kanekawa who acted as administrator and updated the current events materials on the website until about 3 years ago. Currently Daniel Young-Oh Hwang Augsburger is the current administrator for the website. He is my son and the current President of the club at NIU that uses the website. Daniel is also the Association Technical Director for the World Chung Do Mu Sool Won Association. There are two other websites that use my original copyrighted material because I have given my permission to them for use because they are officially recognized as member schools/websites of the World Chung Do Mu Sool Won Association. The other two websites that contain my original copyrighted materials are: http://www.wiu.edu/users/mikmac/ with several internal links, such as, http://www.wiu.edu/users/mikmac/index_fs.html/ , administrated by Paul Holder, and http://www.royalcourtusa.com/home.php with several internal links, such as, http://www.royalcourtusa.com/CHUNG_DO_INFO.pdf , administrated by Jeff Growel. For all intensive purposes I give permission to myself to the use of materials off of my own website and other copyrighted materials associated to my original hand in order for me to use in constructing a page of information at Wkipedia for the subject of Chung Do Mu Sool Won 정도무술원 / 正道武術院, My name, Michael S. Augsburger, is mentioned frequently along with Grandmaster Hwang In-mo, throughout these articles because we are the foremost authorities on the subject of Chung Do Mu Sool Won 정도무술원 / 正道武術院, . It is the hope of Grandmaster Hwang In-mo and myself that this email clears up any misunderstanding and my righful use of the materials from the website: http://www.sa.niu.edu/hapkido/CDMSW.html which I am the owner of. - Yes, that helps a lot. As an official of this organization, you have a conflict of interest which makes it not appropriate for you to create an article on the subject. Since the contents of your web site are not an encyclopedia article, just copying them to Wikipedia doesn't really work- Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, which is a different style of writing. Also, the article you created didn't make it clear whether or not this subject is notable. Your web site doesn't require multiple independent reliable sources, but an encyclopedia does. As I said in my message above, copyright is not the only reason to delete this article; it also is about a subject with unclear notability, it is not written in a neutral, encyclopedia style, and it is written by someone with a conflict of interest.
