Club Deportivo Leganés are a Spanish football team from Leganés near Madrid. Founded on June 26, 1928, they are playing in the Segunda División B (3rd division overall) in 2007-08.

They play in white with blue stripes and white shorts.

The club has traditionally played in the lower leagues. In 1977 they regained promotion back to Tercera Division (4th overall) where they had played before for seven years. In 1983 Leganés was promoted again and between 1993 und 2004 the team was part of the Segunda Division A (2nd overall) which was the highest flight of its history.
