CBOSS (Convergent Business Operation Support System) is a is a telecoms company primarily based in Russia and with offices located in Finland, Indonesia, Switzerland, UAE and Vietnam. The company is privately owned by its management and staff.

CBOSS develops IT solutions for automation of telecommunications enterprises. The company works on the basis of turnkey solutions, providing equipment, system and application software and professional services, including consulting, implementation, technical support, staff training and IT outsourcing.

The number of installations is in excess of 1,200. CBOSS products are operated by over 160 customers in 35 countries on 5 continents (all except Antarctica).

In 2006, CBOSS Corporation was recognized as the #1 IT-provider of integrated solutions for telecommunications in EMEA by Informa Telecoms Group (OSS/BSS Analyst, Issue 19).
