CBA 2006-07

The 2006-2007 CBA Season was the 12th CBA season. The Guangdong Southern Tigers were the defending champions, but were upset by the Bayi Rockets in the finals. The North and South conferences were merged before the season started, and all the teams in the same standings. The season began on 7th October 2006 and paused after 11 game from the 1st of November to the 12th of December to accommodate the 2006 Asian Games in Doha.
