Caxton-Iseman Capital LLC (renamed CI Capital Partners) is a private equity firm based in New York that specializes in middle market leveraged buyouts. It is estimated that Caxton-Iseman manages approximately $2 billion in assets. [1]

Frederick Iseman[2], Caxton-Iseman Capital’s chairman, formed the firm in 1993 with Caxton Associates, a New York investment management firm with $11 billion in assets under management.
On December 21, 2007, Caxton-Iseman Capital announced that it had completed its spin-off from Caxton Associates. Caxton-Iseman Capital will change its name to CI Capital Partners LLC.[3]
