[edit] Improvements

This is a great start to the article for the 1013 project. Suggestions include:

  1. Add as many references as possible to specific statements in the article, and use inline citations to address the "citation needed" tags.
  2. Add wikilinks throughout.
  3. Improve prose and readability. Combine sentences.
  4. Add NNL banner or National Park Service banner at bottom of page.
  5. Research if an infobox exists for caves or NNL.
  6. Create a stub for any redline links.
  7. Maybe another picture??

Overall, good start! ChicagoPimp 16:32, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Incorrect dating of age of limestone deposit

It says that the limestone was deposited 400 million years ago during the Ordovician period. The problem with this is that the Ordovician took place 488 million years ago. 400 million years ago was the Devonian period. I went to the cave's official website and that makes the same dating mistake. So which is it? Was the limestone deposited 400 million years ago or was it deposited during the Ordovician? Can somebody clear this up? Dr. Morbius 20:24, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
