Caversham Heights features two parks, two golf courses, a health club with swimming pool and a public school.

Caversham Heights is split between the Thames and Mapledurham wards of the borough of Reading. These were the two most Conservative supporting wards in the borough in May 2008. ^[1]

Caversham Heights is in the Reading East parliamentary constituency, currently represented by the Conservatives' Rob Wilson.
