The Macondo, Cuipo, Hameli, or Hamelí (Cavanillesia platanifolia) is a species of flowering plant in the Bombacaceae family. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, and Peru. It is threatened by habitat loss.
