Cavallermaggiore is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 40 km south of Turin and about 40 km northeast of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,160 and an area of 51.6 km².[1]
Cavallermaggiore borders the following municipalities: Bra, Cavallerleone, Cherasco, Marene, Monasterolo di Savigliano, Racconigi, Ruffia, Sanfrè, Savigliano, and Sommariva del Bosco.
