This article needs cite some sources. WP:NPOV/WP:N needs to be applied - only notable, non-trivial (by numbers of cases, not of course consequence to teh patient) causes shoulde be list. So in the current[1] leadin it notes "Some of these causes are represented by single case reports",if this is so then those particular causes are not notable and should be speedily removed from the list. Causes of hypoglycemia → List of causes of hypoglycemia — Rather than self-justify iteself as per current lead in, a change to "List of..." would remove need to explain why this is not a full discussion of the topic —David Ruben ^Talk 19:39, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
