I remember reading somewhere that Jo Gibb's singing voice was overdubbed by another actress for the "Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer" sequence. Is there any truth to this? -- Annie D 07:26, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

I heard the same thing and there was a big stink made about it. Jo Gibb was very adimant that it was her singing. --209.244.30.235 18:03, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

I think that the video in and of itself could have been done better. It was implied in the cast list that both Jo Gibb and Drew Varley were dubbed. In fact, they did their own singing and all that was dubbed were Rumpleteazer's giggles and Mungojerrie's shushes. It's unclear why they were dubbed - possibly they had to be added in post-production and it was inconvenient or impossible to get hold of the original actors just for that. The image Image:CatsGroup.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
