While the President of a Federal Reserve Bank is not as notable as the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, the office holder does serve on an intermittent basis on the Federal Open Market Committee and Ms. Minehan should have served at least 4 one year stints on that Committee during her tenure as President of the Federal Reserve Bank.
