[edit] format for disambig page

I'm editing this disambig page to be more consistent with guidelines -- namely that a disambig page should be limited to very short descriptions to aid readers in knowing where to link. As such, I'm going to create a stub page for the human catchment area information and shorten the drainage basin description. Theflyer 06:14, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] airport catchment area

Is an airport catchment area really any different from the human geography use of the term from which an "individual service attracts visitors or customers"? It seems to me that it is not any different. For example, when you look at how SkyEurope uses the term, it would seem to fit perfectly fine within the definition at catchment area (human geography). I think it's a variant or at least similar to the human geography term. It has its own transportation related specifics of course, like time to travel, so an airport catchment area will reflect both human preferences but also local transport infrastructure etc. --Lysytalk 08:16, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
