Does anyone else think that this song is very similar sounding to Bob Dylan?

Yes. but it isnt Bob Dylan, its the Hurdy Gurdy Man.
I have been a huge Dylan fan for years. I never heard the song until GE or some other power company put out a commercial using the tune. There is no way that it is Donovan. That is Dylan. If it isn't, I am stunned
