Should we really use most of the article space for a particular congressional case? There's no citations on the case mentioned, and all this article is for is defining a term.Umdunno 21:54, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

I am not up on Congressional or political jargon, but I wonder whether this phrase, used in this fashion, actually occurs "in the wild" or whether the creator of the page is its creator and trying to popularize it. IMHO there should be citations of use for neologisms of this sort.
