The controversy section reads as if the author is biased against Cabarrus county. I'm not sure how to go about fixing this.
I have re-written the controversy section to appear more neutral. If there are no complaints within a reasonable time period, I will remove the POV tag. --Beware of all enterprises requiring new clothing. (talk) 12:10, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
