Image talk:Cathedral of Magdeburg Inside.jpg
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
WHAT was the big deal about the (-ahem- approx. "3 pixels") off center issue? Anyway?
Does some one have OCD concerning centered photos of Cathedrals or is there some kind of encyclopedic etiquette for how PERFECT photos of the interior of historical cathedrals must be?
Please some one enlighten me, because I am confounded on why this was such a national emergency.

- I think it is no big deal if an image is not centered perfectly. I centered my image to make it look nicer, and got it correct plusminus 3 pixels, which is good enough for me. --Chris 73 Talk 04:13, Dec 18, 2004 (UTC)
INTIALLY I had the same thought as K about the "centering" discussion. After reading the discussion I had learned a bit about image manipulation and testing. I do not fully understand it but think Chris's work well -- fascinating. Ohya and the image too. I am loath to distain attention to detail. -Prk Dec18
