Cathy Minehan

Cathy E. Minehan (born February 15, 1947, in Jersey City, New Jersey) was President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from 1994 to 2007.
She earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the New York University Stern School of Business in 1977 and graduated from the University of Rochester in 1968 with a B.A. in political science.
Cathy Minehan resides in Boston, MA and has two children, Melissa and Brian Minehan.
