Catholic Health Initiatives

Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) is a faith-based, non-profit health system, the second largest Catholic health system in the United States[1] and the fifth largest US health system overall. [2]

It operates hospitals, long-term care facilities ,assisted- and residential-living facilities, and community health-services organizations across the country.

CHI is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
