Catherine Untalan is a beauty queen from Philippines who has competed at the Miss Philippines-Earth and Miss Earth 2006 pageants. Standing at 6ft, she won the 2006 Miss Philippines-Earth title. She represented Philippines at Miss Earth 2006 in her home country, Philippines. She won 2nd runner up, known as Miss Earth Water. She is currently the highest placing delegate from The Philippines at Miss Earth. She graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines. She was a co-host of Benjamin "Nino" Jacinto at the Moonrise Film Festival Awarding Ceremonies in 2006 held at Quezon City. She is an avid arnis athlete.

She was a courtside reporter for the San Beda Red Lions during the first half of the 81st season of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the Philippines and later became the courtside reporter for her alma mater's team, the UP Fighting Maroons two years later, during the University Athletic Association of the Philippines' 70th season. Thus, she was the first (and so far, only) one to be a courtside reporter for both leagues.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
