The Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in Altoona, Pennsylvania. It is the motherchurch of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown and is the seat of its prelate bishop, Joseph Victor Adamec. The cathedral was built from September 17, 1924 to November 13, 1960. The Cathedral's architecture is Baroque in style and capped with a classically influenced dome. Located on Cathedral Square (13th Avenue and 13th Street) in Altoona.
