Catamount Broadcasting

Catamount Broadcasting (also known as Catamount Broadcast Group) of Norwalk, Connecticut, owns KHSL-TV CBS 12 and its digital subchannel, CW 10 of Chico, California. They also operate KNVN-TV NBC 24, also of Chico, under an agreement with KNVN owners Evans Broadcasting. The president and CEO of the company is Ralph E. Becker.
