Catalina or Szentkatolna (Romanian: Catalina; Hungarian: Szentkatolna) is a commune in Covasna County, Romania comprising of 5 villages:
- Catalina/Szentkatolna
- Hătuica/Hatolyka
- Imeni/Imecsfalva
- Mărcuşa/Kézdimárkosfalva
- Mărtineni/Kézdimártonfalva

The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 Census it has a population of 3,541 of which 98.84% or 3,500 are Hungarian.
