Catherine Jane Porter (born December 20, 1979 in Pembury, Kent)[1] is a television presenter on British TV.
Porter has hosted the keno channel Avago, the mobile phone games channel TX1, the quiz channel Nation 217 (now Quiznation), Quiz Call, and ITV Play's The Mint.
Cat Porter briefly returned to the quiz television scene when she presented two shifts on The Great Big British Quiz in March 2007, during which she announced she had secured new employment outside of television as a headhunter. Porter has been a model and has a degree in Biological sciences from King's College London.[1][2]
She has also appeared in small decorative parts on TV, with Eddie Izzard in "40" and also in "Lenny Henry In Pieces". If you look closely, you can also spot Cat several times in the Bond film, "Die Another Day".
