Assessment comments The following comments were left by the assessors: (edit · history · watch · refresh) The suburb (postcode 2069) has spectacular views and is the most expensive of Willoughby's areas. This doesn't seem to be true as Castlecrag and Northbridge have had higher individual sales than Castle Cove has and they also have higher average house prices.
