[edit] First appearance
I know her first appearance isn't in Young Avengers--Brown Shoes22 02:20, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Page title
If this page is also going to have information on Stinger, shouldn't the wiki be titled "Cassandra Lang," and not Stature? It is, after all, about the two versions of Lang, and not primarily about Stature. Pitr 07:41, 29 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Disambiguation
A common synonym for (human) height is stature, indeed this is the term used in medicine and science, thus there should be a disambiguation link or page redirecting to the article on human height. It doesn't matter to me whether it's a mere link or full page, but it needs to be done. Rather than arbitrarily making the change I'm introducing it for discussion here. - Thanks.
[edit] Present tense
It sounds very odd the way the entire article is written in present tense.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.17.174.18 (talk • contribs)
- This is the standard way to write about fiction. Anything in fiction never really "happened"; it happens as you read it. If I were to pick up an old issue of Avengers right now, Scott Lang would be alive... but in a new one he'd be dead. So it's not that he "was" alive and then "died" -- he "is" both alive and dead right now. It's a little weird to read if you're not used to it (even harder to write!) but it makes sense. -HKMarks IS FROM SPACETALK ♦ CONTRIBS 18:57, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:StingerAnext.JPG
Image:StingerAnext.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
