[edit] Needs work

Among other things, this stub tracks the text of one of the citations a bit too much for comfort. Also, the article never really says he was convicted of anything. He was. It's in the source. Im gonna try to clean this up a bit. David in DC (talk) 18:04, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
