[edit] removal of certain lines

I have removed a few lines that just don't seem relevant to an article about the generic term "Caseworker." The statements about caseworker abuse (one incident) may be more appropriate for an article about that, or, better, perhaps, in the Foster Care article. SamDavidson 21:40, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
