It is Case CE or Case Construction Equipment a brand marketed by CNH Global N.V. incorporated in the United States, in the state of Wisconsin, as CNH America LLC [1]

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. [edit] Berlin Plant
I have changed the Information about the Berlin Plant. After heavy strikes and negotiations only the Graders (carried over from O&K) are still produced in Berlin.
