Do any of the external websites in the external links have pages relating specifically to Cascade Head? I'm unclear why the links have been included. Generally, per WP:EL, the external links should specifically address the subject of the article. And if any of these entities have jurisdiction over the place, they should be mentioned in the article and wikilinked, then the broader external links could be found on their respective pages.
