Castro Adobe
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Rancho San Andrés Castro Adobe was the governing seat of the Castro family. It also served as a fiesta house.
The adobe was severely damaged in the Loma Prieta Earthquake, and is presently being restored by state parks and volunteers. It is presently a relatively new protected area in California, and has not yet received state park status.
