Castlemore Avenue is a collector road stretching from Kennedy Road to Ninth Line in Markham, Ontario. The purpose of the road is to relieve traffic congestions on Bur Oak Avenue and Major MacKenzie Drive.

- Transportation: No "fixed" route, TTC Route 129A uses part of Castlemore Avenue (from Ridgecrest Road and The Bridal Walk)
- Road Status: Paved, 2 lanes collector road. From York Regional Road 3 to Stonebridge Drive, there is a bicycle lane on each side of the street. The road is not completed between Roy Rainey Avenue and Mingay Avenue, and from Everett Street to York Regional Road 69. The estimated length of the whold road is 6 km.

Castlemore Avenue is not equipped with a "fixed" route, that means that there are no bus routes that drives the whole length of the road. However, TTC Route 129A uses part of Castlemore Avenue from Ridgecrest Road to the Bridal Walk, to provide convenience for students in Castlemore Public School, and All Saints Catholic Elementary School.

On each side of the street, beginning from Viscount Drive to Stonebridge Drive, is a bicycle lane. This is to serve convenience for local residence and students' needs.
