Castle Frank is a station on the Bloor-Danforth line of the subway system in Toronto, Canada. It is located at 600 Bloor Street East at Castle Frank Road, near the former location of Viaduct streetcar loop (longtime terminus of the Parliament streetcar). It was opened in 1966. Nearby landmarks include St. James Cemetery and the western end of the Prince Edward Viaduct.

East of the station, the line runs under Bloor Street to use the lower deck of the Viaduct. At the end of the Viaduct it swings back north of Danforth Avenue.

This station is named after the community that it serves. Its streets, and the brook that flows through it, are in turn named after Sir John Graves Simcoe's summer residence in that area overlooking the Don River, which burned down in 1829. The residence was ultimately named after Francis Simcoe, the founder's son.

Castle Frank station was where police arrested the two men convicted in the Boxing Day shooting just after the shooting.

Historical marker, located south of Bloor Street adjacent to Castle Frank station, was placed on the approximate site of the historic Castle Frank residence in 1957
