Castelo Branco (Portuguese meaning the "white castle") is a parish in the district of Horta in the Azores. The population in 2001 is 1,349, its density is 55.4/km² and the area is 24.33 km². Castelo Branco is located in the southern portion of the municipality as well as the island of Faial (Fayal).
