Castelfranco di Sopra is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Arezzo in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 30 km southeast of Florence and about 30 km northwest of Arezzo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,846 and an area of 37.6 km².[1]
Castelfranco di Sopra borders the following municipalities: Castel San Niccolò, Figline Valdarno, Loro Ciuffenna, Pian di Scò, Reggello, San Giovanni Valdarno, Terranuova Bracciolini.
