Castel San Niccolò is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Arezzo in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 40 km east of Florence and about 35 km northwest of Arezzo.
Castel San Niccolò borders the following municipalities: Castelfranco di Sopra, Loro Ciuffenna, Montemignaio, Ortignano Raggiolo, Poppi, Pratovecchio, Reggello.
