Cassius Kibideaus is a fictional character on the ABC daytime soap opera, General Hospital and is played by Reign Morton.

Cassius is an orderly at General Hospital. Though he shows respect, Epiphany Johnson still gives him a hard time in her own way. Cassius has also comforted Epiphany after the death of her son, Stan Johnson. When Joe Smith took the ER hostage to get his wife some medical care with her pregnancy, Cassius stood up to Dr. Russell Ford. Cassius found Epiphany on the floor with her son's ashes after she had a heart attack. On February 27, 2008, he takes Epiphany to a Go Red for Women lunch at Kelly's and told Epiphany about how his mother died after a heart attack, and they were both survivors of Hurricane Katrina.
