Cass McCombs

Cass McCombs (born 1977)[1] is an American artist who grew up in Baltimore, Maryland[2], recording principally in San Francisco[3]. He received critical acclaim for his 2004 album A[4] and his album Dropping the Writ was named one of Amazon.com's Best of 2007[5]. McCombs toured with Modest Mouse in 2005 before moving to Los Angeles to work on his third full-length, Dropping the Writ.[6]
