Casey FitzSimmons (born October 10, 1980 in Wolf Point, Montana) is a National Football League tight end for the Detroit Lions. He returned a kickoff for a touchdown to seal the Lions' win over the Chicago Bears on September 30, 2007.

FitzSimmons attended Chester High School in Chester, Montana and was an All-Conference, and an All-State honoree.

FitzSimmons attended Carroll College (Montana) and was a four time first team All-Conference honoree; he lead the Fighting Saints to their first National Championship.[1]
