Cascadia is a planned community to the south of Bonney Lake in Pierce County, Washington, United States. Construction began in 2005, and it is estimated that it will take nearly 10 years to complete.^{[citation needed]} Included in the plans are a commercial district, industrial park, schools, as well as parks and open space for residents to enjoy.
