Cascade Surge are an American soccer team, founded in 1995. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and plays in the Northwest Division of the Western Conference against teams from Abbotsford, Ogden, Provo, Spokane, Tacoma, Vancouver and Yakima. During the first season of their existence, in 1995, they were known as Oregon Surge.

The Surge play their home matches at McCulloch Stadium on the campus of Willamette University in the city of Salem, Oregon. The team's colors are blue and white.
