Casasco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 110 km east of Turin and about 30 km southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 141 and an area of 9.0 km².[1]

Casasco borders the following municipalities: Avolasca, Brignano-Frascata, Garbagna, Momperone, and Montemarzino.
