Casarza Ligure is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 45 km southeast of Genoa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,276 and an area of 27.4 km².[1]
The municipality of Casarza Ligure contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Bargonasco, Bargone, Cardini, Massasco, and Verici.
Casarza Ligure borders the following municipalities: Castiglione Chiavarese, Maissana, Moneglia, Ne, Sestri Levante.
