[edit] Categories in user space
Hi. I notice that you are working on an article in your user page. Be careful not to include article categories in this article until it is actually moved to article space. Otherwise the category list will include your user page. Instead, you can enclose the category tags in comments, like this: <!-- [[Category:Argentine culture]] -->
. That way, they are visible when you're editing your page, but they do not actually place your user page in the article list. Thanks, ... discospinster talk 17:40, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Social gravity requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. [edit] Argentina info
Thank you for your recent posting of information regarding Argentine doctorates; however, the English does not make sense. I corrected some but moved some to the talk page. Would you either make it more English-intelligible or post it in Spanish (or Castilian). I speak Spanish and could probably help with the translation. Thanks! --Eustress (talk) 01:56, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy deletion of Juan Bautista Bailoretto
A tag has been placed on Juan Bautista Bailoretto requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

[edit] Falklands War
Will you please stop changing the name of the Falklands War on Falklands articles. This is the English wikipedia and convention is that the English name should be used. The Spanish name is included in the articles, which is more that adequate for the purposes of NPOV. I realise that this is an emotive subject for the Argentines but your actions will only promote conflict. Please stop. Justin talk 19:34, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
- I think you'll find that the whenever the war is referenced you will also find a note regarding the Spanish name. If you go further, you'll find that I did it. Please have the courtesy to observe the conventions of the English wikipedia. Your actions will only spark an edit war. Justin talk 19:51, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Renaming pages
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently copied the contents of a page and pasted it into another with a different name. Specifically, you copied the contents of Universidad Nacional del Sur and pasted it into National University of the South. This is what we call a "cut and paste move", and it is very undesirable because it splits the article's history, which is needed for attribution and is helpful in many other ways. The mechanism we use for renaming an article is to move it to a new name which both preserves the page's history and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. In most cases, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. If there is an article that you cannot move yourself by this process, follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves to request the move by another. Also, if there are any other articles that you copied and pasted, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you.
