Carl Sapp (born October 9, 1984) is a graduate of Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech as well as prominent businessman and entrepreneur in Blacksburg, VA. He is an active member of Troutville Fire Department where he sits on the board of directors and chairs the internet committee.
Carl is the sibling of one younger brother, Eric Sapp, and two older sisters, Stephanie Sapp and Elaine Sapp. He has two living parents, mother Delarie Sapp and father William Sapp.
Carl was born in Gainesville, FL. Less than one year later, his family moved to Roanoke, VA. In Roanoke, Carl attended St. Phillips Preschool, Cloverdale Elementary (grades K-3), Mountain View Elementary, Northside Middle, and Nothside High. At the age of 17, he began his college education with one year of schooling at Virginia Western Community College. After one year, he transferred to Virginia Tech.
