Carlette Marie Quinto(born October 9, 1988 in the United States of America) is a Filipino American. [1] Unseen Skaters Message Board Forum Index -> 2006 U.S. Non-Qualifying Competitions, because of an injury in her ankles that she had to rest for 9 months. But she is now returning from her rest, she is hopefully joining the nationals this June in the SM Mall of Asia International Skating Rink in the Philippines. She was spotted skating privately in the SM mall of asia skating rink. Cousin of Ariane Lope

[edit] Early Life
Carlette Marie Quinto[2]is the only child of Joey and Carlyn Quinto. She was born at Cedars Sinal Medical Center in Beverly Hills on Oct. 9, 1988 at 1:30 am. She was 5 pounds, 9 ounces, and 1/2 inches long.
Although she is the only child, she totally feels blessed with a big family because both her parents have big families - Quinto and Lope.
She was baptized on Dec. 18, 1988 at St. Brendan Church located in Los Angeles, California. She first celebrated the sacrament of Penance on May 6, 1996.

Had her First Communion on May 11, 1996, both at Good Sheperd Church in Beverly Hills.

She receive the Sacrament of Confirmation on May 1, 2004 at St. Catherine Laboure Church located in Torrance.
[edit] Sports Education
She did Tae kwon do for eight years, but had to quit after receiving her black belt because she decided to get serious with figure skating instead. At 13 years old, she was one of the youngest black belt girls at Jun Chong Tae Kwon Do located in Los Angeles. She started skating at eight years old and since then she has enhanced her outlook and vision about figure skating. IT is not how many perfect jumps she does, perfect spins she makes or how artistic she is in any competitions, and how much she could impress the judges to get the highest scores to win. For her, it is the feeling of how to compete. Carlette started to practice really hard in skating after she won her Perpetual Trophy at the 2001 Los Angeles Championships held at the Pickwick ice arena in Burbank. She is now a gold medalist in Figure Skating.

She went to Page Private School at Robertson when she was 2 1/2 years old. She was there for four years. Then she proceeded to Good Sheperd Catholic School, she went to school there from 1st grade and graduated Eight grade on 2002. Both schools are located in Beverly Hills. She graduated on June 2 of this year from Bishop Montgomery High School in Torrance.

Currently, she is enrolled at Marymount College in Palos Verdes.
