[edit] Finally got the account, eh...
Finally someone I know is on wiki! How did the plan go? STORMTRACKER 94 Go Sox! 23:33, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
- You're going to have to create a page called "User:Carerra/Teh Secret Page!" Also, don't go to Jimbo Wales for everything. Seriously. See you in school tomorrow, seems that you're getting the hang of things. STORMTRACKER 94 Go Sox! 23:48, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
-
- I'm giving everyone awards this weekend for my secret page. You should start editing some articles, or talk to Jj137 about joining the Red Sox Wikiproject. Lastly, nice signature. STORMTRACKER 94 Go Sox! 23:51, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
-
-
- Here is how: put a link like this [[User:Carerra/Teh Secret Page!|whatever the hidden word is]]. I'll also adopt you. STORMTRACKER 94 Go Sox! 23:56, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

- A few important things. DO NOT post anything of us or anyone we know (I saw your page). This should help you out: WP:UPLOAD. STORMTRACKER 94 Go Sox! 00:44, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi. So, you're willing to join the Red Sox WikiProject? OK, go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Boston Red Sox/Members and follow the instructions on how to add your name. If you're confused or have a question, just ask me and I'll help explain. jj137 (talk) 00:18, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Welcome
Welcome to Wikipedia. To find out how to make useful contributions, take a look at the welcome page. To stay in Wikipedia, an article has to be about something notable, that is, of general interest. Click on Notability for an explanation of what that means. Also, it must give independently verifiable sources. Articles that don't meet these requirements are likely to be deleted. Follow the links below to learn more:
- To find out more about creating articles, read the Introduction, the Tutorial, and the Guide to creating your first article.
- You should not write articles about yourself, your band, or your best friend - that's a conflict of interest.
- Wikipedia is a serious project to build an encyclopedia. It is not a social networking site. If that is what you are here for, try Myspace or Facebook.
- For experiments, please use the sandbox.

[edit] Didn't nominate your page
That was User:JohnCD. See [1]. tgies (talk) 12:39, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] I did
I nominated your page for deletion because (as you said yourself on the page) it clearly isn't an encyclopedia article. tgies understood better what you were after, and moved it into your user space, which is the right place for it. But please read the links in the Welcome paragraph above, to understand what Wikipedia is about, and what it isn't, and how you can help. JohnCD (talk) 13:00, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] WikiProject Boston Red Sox
Hi, and welcome to the Red Sox WikiProject! We are a group of (mainly) Red Sox fans who help to improve coverage related to the Boston Red Sox on Wikipedia.
Looking for somewhere to start? Here are a few suggestions.
- You can check out topics on the main page.
- You can add {{WikiProject Boston Red Sox}} to talk pages of Boston Red Sox-related articles, and assess them as well.
- Check out the to do list for the WikiProject, and opt to try and complete some of those tasks.
If you have any comments, suggestions, or would like to talk about the project in general, feel free to leave a message on the talk page.
As a side note, you will receive a newsletter on your talk page every Sunday explaining some project updates, team news, etc. If you don't want this here, just place your name here. Happy editing! jj137 (talk) 21:22, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 21:55, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
